Which Insurances Do You Accept?

We accept all major insurances and Medicare.

What Payment Options Are Accepted?

Cash, check, major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).

How Long Does Treatment Last?

Our care is individualized to each patient. The length of your program will be determined based upon your treatment needs and goals that are identified between you, your assigned provider, and the treatment team. Most patients stay with us for 10 to 14 days.

What Is The Difference Between Inpatient And Intensive Outpatient Services?

Inpatient hospitalization is a short term (10 to 14 days on average), 24-hour intensive treatment program provided in a safe and secure hospital setting. It includes 24-hour nursing care and daily provider visits that are not available on an outpatient basis.

Intensive Outpatient (IOP) is a therapeutic, recovery focused, group program held in a safe environment, providing therapy and ongoing symptom management tools. Outpatient is typically held for a few hours a day, three days per week, at the hospital.

What Can A Patient Bring With Them To Treatment?

WellBridge will provide toiletries, meals, snacks and drinks. Patient’s names will be labeled on the inside of all clothing and laundered by staff. Patients may bring with them:

  • Three (3) sets of clothing
  • Pajamas
  • Robe (no belt) and slippers
  • Sweater or light jacket (No drawstring)
  • Socks
  • Under garments (adult pull ups are provided)
  • Comfortable pair of shoes (no laces)
  • Reading material (soft cover, no staples)
  • Special medical equipment (CPAP/BIPAP, etc…)

Which Items Are NOT Allowed In The Unit?

  • Cell phones
  • Razors
  • Hair dryers, curling irons, etc.
  • Shoelaces, belts, suspenders or drawstrings
  • Cologne, perfume or shaving cream
  • Safety pins, tweezers or scissors
  • Lighters
  • Electronics (laptops, kindles, radios, cameras, etc…)
  • Weapons or sharp objects
  • We encourage patients to not bring valuables. If this is not possible, valuables will be locked in a safe until discharge.

What Are The Visiting Hours?

Visiting hours are held daily from 4pm-5pm. Special accommodations can be made with the patient’s nurse or social worker for additional visitation hours.

What Forms Will A Patient Need To Complete?

Are You An Accredited Hospital?

Yes. WellBridge Hospital Greater Dallas has full Joint Commission and CMS Accreditation.
